Associate/ AVP/ VP of Global Market Department
Job Duties:
1. Assist in brokerage business development, including equities, futures, bonds, OTC products, insurance products and other products/services provided by the firm
2. Help MD in products development and promotion, marketing program initiation and implementation, and provide professional advice on various financial products and services
3. Client development and maintenance, mainly focus on institutional clients
4. Sales team building and training
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Employer.
Job Requirements Qualification/Skills::
1. Strong academic background and development potential
2. At least 1 year of sales experience in financial industry, institutional sales experience is preferred
3. Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8
4. Knowledge in financial products, e.g., equity, future, option, bond, and structure products etc.
5. Proficient in MS office, Excel VBA or Python is an advantage
6. Self-starter, ambitious, passionate, hardworking and able to work under pressure

Customer Service Officer, Operation Department
Job Duties:
1. Provide quality and professional customer service to clients and business units
2. Handle clients' enquiries and instructions such as fund deposit/withdrawal, SI instructions, corporate actions, etc.
3. Support the business units on account opening KYC procedures
4. To prepare sales and marketing materials for Business Development
5. Support administrative duties to the department
6. Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualification/Skills:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Translation or related discipline
2. Previous related working experience would be an advantage
3. Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and willing to work under pressure
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

6. Holder of the RA1 and RA2 issued by the SFC or passed HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 & 9 is highly preferable

Software Engineer / Business Analyst
Job Duties:
1. Work closely with department head to provide reliable service and improve productivity
2. Oversee, plan, estimate and manage business related IT projects
3. Maintain business related systems to ensure system’s reliability, performance and stability
4. Manage relationship with some vendors and relevant external parties
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the project/service will be delivered with high quality
6. Products evaluation and technical recommendations
7. Provide technical support and help desk function if necessary
8. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualification/Skills:
1. Degree in computer science or related disciplines, 5 years’ experience in financial service industry
2. Solid experience in BSS system maintenance, familiar with settlement system is highly desired
3. Familiar with HKEx systems & products and global equity and derivative products
4. Experience in Bloomberg, Sharp point, Lynx system is preferred
5. Hands on experience & ability in software development is desired, e.g., Java, VBA, MS SQL etc.
6. MUST: Good interpersonal and communication skill, initiative, organized, willing to learn new knowledge, attentive to details, and team spirit
7. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Fixed Income Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
1. Skillful in both top-down macroeconomic analysis and bottom-up issuer research are requisite
2. Primary focus on Asian credits (both IG and HY) and cover some global issuers in conjunction with portfolio needs
3. Analyze financial statements, attend management meetings, build financial models, analyze bond covenants and articulate market inion/investment opinions
4. Participate in investment team and client meetings for relative value discussions. Offer fundamental input on credit trades and offer research perspective on portfolio construction issues
Job Requirements:
1.Undergraduate degree holder of Economics, Finance or other relevant subjects, CFA designation preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of fixed income research experience at financial institutions
3.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and computing skills desired, with knowledge of standard desktop software tools required (especially Excel and Power point)
4.Ability to distill a substantial amount of qualitative and quantitative inion (operational and financial) into a succinct, coherent and actionable investment thesis
5.Strong work ethic and team player willingness to work with people at all levels to promote the common interest
6. Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:
1. Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions
2. Assist in assessing potential deals, such as preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence
3. Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
4. Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects
Requirements:
1. A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration
2. 2 or 3 years of related working experience in corporate finance, financial institutions or professional firms
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
4. Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Risk Management Assistant
崗位職責:
1、推進完善管理制度體系,梳理優化業務流程;
2、參與制定公司風險管理制度與流程,建立風險控制體系,包括對下屬子公司的管控體系
3、對公司業務進行風險識別、評估、分析和監控,並定期形成報告上報公司
4、對業務部門的專案出具風險意見書,為業務部門提供風險管理諮詢和建議
5、公司規定的其它內控和風險管理工作
任職資格:
1、全日制研究生及以上學歷,金融、財務等相關專業
2、具有金融及相關行業風險管理工作經驗,具有扎實的風險管理、金融基本知識
3、能熟練操作辦公軟體,熟練使用基本的Excel函數進行資料分析,
4、具備良好的文字表達能力,撰寫風險管報告報備公司內部各委員會及控股公司
5、溝通能力強,有協作精神,具有進取心和主動性思維,心理素質良好
6、取得註冊會計(CPA)、金融風險管理師(FRM)資格證書者優先
